Born To Lead
We are always on the forefront of innovation in our field, especially where it involves the development of human capital. Our extrusion lab is a testament to this desire and vision, to always lead.
Nurturing The Future
We are keen to help unlock the potential of the next generation of agricultural innovators. Our doors are always open for student internships and trainings.
We are always looking ahead how we can lead a change through human resource development. We have found partnerships with tertiary institutions as a viable path to building up the human capacity in the industry.
This capacity building exercise is possible because PFL has installed an Extrusion Lab in our processing compound. This Extrusion Lab is the only lab of its kind in Ghana and has been equipped to offer practical learning to food science students from the aforementioned universities.

PFL believes in transferring our team's collective knowledge and technical know how to others in the industry. As a result, we forged a partnership with the food science departments of the University of Ghana, Legon and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science Technology (KNUST) in Kumasi.
This partnership covered PFL conducting a 6 week food processing and extrusion practical sandwich program for a maximum of 60 students from both universities during the June 2013 school vacation.
